The learner has not completed more than 20% of the course content.
Technical issues or duplicate charges caused by our system.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The course has been fully completed or accessed beyond 20%.
The refund request is submitted after the 7-day window.
Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference once course content has been accessed.
Discounted or promotional purchases that specifically state “non-refundable”.
